Can Mestres is rented by a number of people established in advance that must be respected at all times. You can not exceed this number and less without the permission of the owners at dinners, parties, guests, visits, birthdays, etc. The owners reserve the right to terminate the contract in case of breach of the booking conditions, giving notice to the Mossos d'Esquadra.
Our installations are to be usted by our guests, only.
Visitors are not allowed. You might speak with the owner.
A maximum of two pets are permitted. There is an additional cost of 10€ per pet, also per day (only cash). Remember to inform to the owner by the time you make the reservation.
When you arrived to the property you will need to leave a deposit of 200€ (only cash). When you leave the property, we will return the deposit to you if the property is on the same conditions as you arrived.
The price includes bedding, towels, cot, tablecloths, napkins, cleaning products, wood for the fireplace (the house has central heating), charcoal (a bag) for the barbecue and assistance during the stay.
The games room, attached to the house, with American billiards and table football (typical of the old bars) is included in the price.
